Home care is typically non-medical assistance that takes place in the home. Services include meal prep, personal care, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and other activities of daily living. Home Health is medical and you would be prescribed by a medical professional.
Home care is not covered by Medi-cal or Medi-caid insurance typically. We do accept Long-term Care Insurance.
